| 1. Who owns and operates France
Park? |
| France Park is county-owned and operated by
a 6-member
county park board that is appointed by various elected officials of the county. The
Cass County Park Board then appoints a Superintendent to manage the property, staff and
visitors. The Cass County Park Board generally meets monthly on the first Thursday of the
month at the France Park Recreation Building (check Calendar
for possible date changes). This is a public
meeting. You are encouraged to attend, and your input is welcomed. |

| 2. How do I make reservations for
camping? |
| France Park is a first come - first serve
campground. Generally , campsites are readily available on all weekends except holiday
weekends. If you want to camp on a holiday weekend , we suggest arrival a day or two
early. |

| 3. How do I get to France park?
|
| France Park is located in North Central
Indiana on US Highway 24, 4 miles west of Logansport in Cass County Indiana.

France Park accept? |

| 5. Do you give senior
citizen discount? |
| Annual passes are available for $15.00 per
year ( $15.00 off). Senior citizens ( 60+ ) receive 10% on long term camping rates; (pay
for month or longer) or $2.00 per night for overnight visitors. To receive a discount
visitors must notify gate attendant at the time of registration. No Refunds. |

| 6. May I bring a pet? |
| Yes. Visitors must keep pets on a leash and
attended at all times. We especially ask that your pets not be left in vehicles during the
hot weather. Pets are not allowed on the beach or in restrooms. |

| 7. Where can I swim? |
| Swimming is allowed only at the old Kenith
Stone Quarry when lifeguards are on duty. Visitors are not allowed to swim in the
waterfalls, Lake Trimer (our fishing lake) or Paw Paw Creek. |

| 8. Is firewood available?
|
| Firewood can be purchased at the
park. Get and pay ($5.00 for a 2 cubic foot bundle) for wood at the entrance gatehouse. Please do not gather limbs, brush or
trees for firewood. Decaying trees must be allowed to remain on the ground to rebuild the
natural humus. |
